Class chalet (possible locations)

Which do you think is more value for $$ ? How many nights do you plan to stay ? Our class is considered quite small so if the chalet cost too much each person have to pay a lot....Plus we have to add misc cost like electricity bills, bbq $$ etc....
For aloha you can only book 3 month in advance if u first time book or have not book a chalet in the last 12 months...if not u can book 2 months in advance..For costa sands i have no idea...their website dont say much anyway...
